A streamlined, organized & efficient Estate Sale process.
1. Initial meeting, Walk-through, Set a date
We’ll meet at your home. We’ll do a walk-through, take photos and discuss pricing. We’ll set a date for your sale.
2. Advertising & Appointment Setting
One week before the sale we will begin advertising the contents of your home. Appointments with strict time slots are scheduled. Once these steps are completed we provide the buyer with your address.
3. The sale
We will be at your home 30 minutes before the first appointment arrives. Each buyer will be attended to at all times and will be kept on our strict appointment schedule. If a buyer needs more time, we will make accommodations. We will coordinate with you and the buyer any moving services that are needed for large or heavy items.
4. After the sale
We provide payment to you within 7 days after the sale.
We will stay in communication with you throughout the entire process and as long as you need us afterwards.
